Pilates
Holly's Pilates Village offers the area's most comprehensive Pilates classes 7 days a week. Our small group classes, available for all levels, incorporate the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Mat, Barrels, Fuse Ladder, and more. We ensure that clients can progress comfortably through the Pilates repertoire while refining the foundational exercises.
Yoga
Yoga is the perfect complement to Pilates because it stresses mindfulness, focused breathing, flexibility, and balance. Holly's Pilates Village has a dedicated Yoga studio with classes such as Balanced Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, and our unique Bone Strong Yoga for Osteoporosis, which is offered virtually as well as in person.
